Do you have loaded trailer parking?

Parking options vary. Please contact your local dealership for any questions with parking your loaded trailer.

How many bays does your network have?

The number of bays varies by location, but TLG has more than 350 bays across our network.

What are your hours of operation?

Hours vary between each TLG Peterbilt dealership and the departments within. Please check our location detail pages for the hours of operation at a dealership you are interested in visiting.

Are you open on Saturdays?

Many of our locations are open on Saturday. However, please call your dealership or visit our location details page for hours of operation at a specific location.

Can I pick my truck up after hours?

We are always happy to make arrangements for after hours pick-up. Please give us a call to let us know how we can help you.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes, we offer free WiFi at all of our TLG Peterbilt dealerships.

Our 34 locations are spread across 11 states in the central, south, and eastern regions of the United States.

Do you offer mobile maintenance?

Yes, mobile service is offered at almost all TLG Peterbilt locations. Check the location details page to learn which dealerships offer mobile maintenance.

Do you have a towing service?

No. Please contact your TLG Peterbilt dealership service department if you need a recommendation for a towing service.

Do you make service calls?

Mobile service is available at almost all TLG Peterbilt dealerships. We invite you to give us a call with any service questions or to schedule mobile service.

Do you have a body shop?

We have six body shop locations across our network in Joplin, MO, Springfield, MO, O'Fallon, MO, Portage, IN, Hebron, KY, and Greensboro, NC that product high-quality heavy-duty collision repair and body work for our customers.

What are your labor rates?

Our labor rates vary between regions. Please call your service department for labor rates and to request an estimate on your needed service work.

Do you charge for estimates?

We recommend that you bring your truck to your nearest TLG Peterbilt dealer location for fast & accurate service diagnostics through our Quick Check service program. We offer some free estimates on most work, but it depends on the issue you are having and the extent of diagnostics needed to understand the issues. It is always best to speak directly with one of our service technicians to find the best options for you.

Do you do warranty work?

Yes, we do warranty work and would like to work with you to make sure that the proper process is in place to cover the expenses of the services that you need. Call ahead to schedule an appointment and we will work closely with you on any warranty work needed.

How many techs do you have per shift?

The number of shifts and number of technicians vary by location. TLG has more than 400 technicians across the network and more than 250 are MX Certified technicians.
