Great staff and good people to deal with. Russell picks awesome music for the shop! I would also like to thank all the mechanics and techs for getting my truck done before the weekend, and especially James shop supervisor on 2nd shift for the extra effort, and Crystal for going above and beyond for me to get my truck back after hours on a Saturday. Words can't express the happiness I had to get get my truck back. AAAA++++ to everyone – one of the best shops I've ever been to!

Super nice people in the service department. Got my husband's truck fixed very fast considering just three weeks before at a different shop it took almost a full week at to "fix" and they didn't. But thankfully Joplin did. Highly recommend this location!

I have been a parts man for 20 years now but every once I come across a part that I cannot ID the part #. And if it is a Peterbilt part # i can't ID, and my hometown Peterbilt store is closed, I call Joplin and talk to Andrew or George in parts. They help me no matter if i purchase or not! They are rockstars in my book. I can not express how helpful this company is. 10 stars!

I recently had a Turbo and actuator that needed replaced. They gave me a quote and a time I could bring the truck in. They did the work exactly like they said they would in a very timely manner and even just under the quoted price. Very satisfied with the job and the professional staff and service I was given. They went above and beyond what other shops do. I never felt once like I was being taken advantage of. Very friendly and courteous staff. I would have no problem taking my truck back there again.
