I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Jennifer. Today we had an Owner Operator with a Peterbilt 579 with 30k miles on it hauling for us. The load he had needed to be expedited. The initial contact was it would be tomorrow to look at it. I called Jennifer and explained the situation. She jumped through hoops to help. This allowed us to take care of our customer. We’ve recently purchased 100 trucks and spend thousands of dollars on parts with TLG. Jennifer was polite and willing to help. I can only say, “Thank you.” We deal with dealerships across the country and it's hard to find people that actually care. Selling trucks is one thing, taking care of customers after the sale is what counts. Everyone hears all the bad most of the time, please sing her praises today!
