Our organization’s sole focus from the beginning has been to serve truck drivers and partners who need our products and services that keep America rolling. Now, more than ever, The Larson Group feels that need. We fully recognize we have a responsibility to the United States to ensure products are delivered across our country, especially during such a critical moment on a global scale.
We’ve already let you know we’re monitoring this evolving situation very closely – every day. But since our last update, we’ve made some changes throughout our network to ensure our teams are doing all they can to keep you not only safe, but also on the road.
We’re taking truck and facility sanitation seriously.
We’re sanitizing all flat surfaces and door handles. This includes driver’s lounges, changing areas, bathrooms and counters. All trucks serviced or delivered will also be sanitized. Our team members are using and changing nitrile gloves regularly. We’re also limiting groups to less than 10 people in one particular area. Whether you’re a customer at the service desk or an employee in a break room, everyone should remain six feet apart at all times.
We have alternative shopping options.
Customers who need to, or prefer to, avoid any personal contact may take advantage of our local parts delivery, and we are willing to discuss any special accommodations needed. We also have staff dedicated to shipping parts. In light of this virus outbreak, you may be wondering, “Is this box safe to touch?” Per WHO, they’ve made it clear the likeliness of catching the virus from a package is low. Consider taking advantage of our mobile service offerings if you are avoiding service at a dealership. We’d also like to remind you TLG representatives are available through our ongoing text and chat options on our website and social media platforms, as well as traditional emailing and calling.
We’re encouraging less in-person meetings.
To our customers, suppliers and beyond who have personal relationships with members of our team, we have limited our in-person meetings. Many of our sales representatives are working remotely, but we are still committed to providing the same level of service we always have.
We continue to ask for honesty and transparency from all our customers. If you or someone in your household is not feeling well, please consider taking advantage of our alternative ways to order parts or reschedule your service appointment. Each community is dealing with different variables and we urge our customers to follow recommendations based on their local governments.
